Format: 6 sessions × 20–25 min.
Session focus:

Low-impact steps + pelvic floor awareness

Standing posture drills + breathing

Seated dance/stretch combos

Light toning with baby or light weights

Core activation without crunches

Final day: Dance + bonding movement (mom & baby)
